About Me

I am Gianmarco La Rosa, and I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computational Sciences, awarded on February 26, 2024, by the University of Palermo. During my doctoral studies, I focused on non-commutative and non-associative algebra, particularly Lie and Leibniz algebras.

Current Project

I am currently a research fellow on an industrial project (in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics, University of Palermo) focused on the development of an AI-based decision-support system designed to respond to complex geopolitical and economic queries. My role involves designing and structuring the system's ontology, which is a fundamental component of the architecture.

Nevertheless, I continue my research in algebra and geometry, and recently I have been delving into studies on abstract fuzzy algebra and fuzzy topological spaces.
